Are your chapters really long? Seems a bit short for publication, at sixteen chapters.

Average ~1300 words per chapter, so a bit over 20k words with 16 chapters. I would say yes, it's very short for a light novel.
It's a long novella, at best.

well i would like to hear some feedback about the actual light novel instead of the word count because the volume is going to contain alot more other than the 16 chapters i was just told not to disclose it
