Let's just say someone wanted to describe in detail about two animals of the same species, like dogs mating.

Or dogs mating with cats.

Or if they're doing it with plants like mushrooms or giant sequoia.

What if they did it with inanimate object like bulldozers?

Or is it counted as bestiality if a human did lewd things with plants like tree or mushrooms? Or is it allowed?

In the first place, bestiality is the word only for humans having sex with animals.
Dogs with cats should be interspecies mating, and if it's with plants or inanimate objects.... some other word, probably.

The moment they're in animal form, it's bestiality. I'm pretty sure the definition doesn't care if the animal you are doing with can take on human form Generally I'd say that it's about the outer form - a humanoid, let's say a werewolf with ears and a tail, would likely count as a human for this case because it looks close enough to being human.
...If we're talking a wolf on two legs, then it's something that everyone would interpret differently. I at least would consider that bestiality again....

Pokémon like gardivour would you think that is beastiality or not? Same with vulpix?. Now just a head up but both can't speak your language but it's there body that's different aka Pokémon. But let's say someone your dating turns into gardivour and can talk. Would you classify that as beast or not?

My point is its there own race and the only thing changing beast (animals) to furry or real is the ability to talk and do stuff there self.

That's my understanding of this whole thing.

Before it was pointed out as wrong and inhumane white people thought black where animals (wrong by the way) yet it wasn't illegal then to have intercourse with them just viewed as wrong (again not sticking up for what people did years ago) but now after years of being proved wrong we are all humans and are seen as partners and the same. At least to some people.
The only difference? Talking and understanding.

well, it made things a lot simpler.

which made things kind of a grey area for parrots. since they can talk and based on TierZoo, is quite an intelligent creature.

if the parrot can communicate on a reasonable level, and both happen to consent, maybe it's not so much as bestiality after all.

While that is true that they can talk but if you look at how much they can talk and there understanding of said words then it's reason to believe they are just copying (parroting) words to certain sentences like some ai's out there

Honestly, everything that is in animal form is bestiality. If it's humanoid - which we don't have on planet earth, no I'm not counting apes - then make up your own rules that suit your setting.
