It's on Playstation, PC, and I think I saw it might even have a mobile version, and it comes out early to mid next year. Kind of a bold decision to release what honestly looks like the anime rip-off of GTA the same year GTA 6 releases.

My understanding is that the game has a bit of everything in it, people are calling it a "jack of all trades, master of none."

Yeah, that's way too much of a coincidence to me.
Grand Theft Auto can mature and evolve all it wants to; nothing will ever top "Vice City".

And after more digging, I have also discovered it is confirmed online multi-player.
