Tags for smut novels

So in one of the web novels im working on, my LIs (females) are kissing while my MC (male) is present.

This lead me to wonder what is the proper way I should tag my novel.

As I move forward in the story, im considering having my MCs harem engage in more girl on girl action, mostly while with the MC and maybe off camera without the MC.

Should I be labeling this as Yuri content?

Well, if the story contains mature content, then the mature genre should be there. If the mature content occasionally contains something sexual in nature, add the adult genre right next to the mature genre, and if sex is integral to the story, a core theme that gets explored in depth, then the smut genre should be added in addition to the other two.

It already has those, but I was referring to the other tags for specific content within. aka the Yuri tag. I am not sure if what I have written would fall under it or not.

It should not be tagged as yuri I think. But it would be nice if you put it into the synopsis, I mean below the actual synopsis as a small author's note.

The fact that the yuri isn't involving the main characters but rather two side characters, some people would say to not add it. However, if it is going to be a main theme that an important side character will experience over and over again, I would put it somewhere. Sailus's idea was great because the reader needs to be warned somehow.

Based on current web novel tagging practices and how "Yuri" is defined:
If the story consistently includes romantic or sexual interactions between female characters—regardless of the MC's presence—it’s generally acceptable to use the Yuri tag. Since girl-on-girl action appears both with and (possibly) without the MC, tagging it as Yuri helps readers clearly understand there will be scenes and relationships of this nature.

Most communities recommend using "Yuri" for any work that portrays strong relationships (whether romantic or not) between women, but if your focus is specifically on romance or intimacy, the Yuri tag will signal those elements. That said, you can still combine tags like "Harem," "Romance," and "Yuri" to make the content clear for your audience. If the MC is not actively involved in the relationship scenes, but they're prominent, the Yuri tag is still appropriate.

Anyone else have guidelines they use for these scenarios? Or do you prefer to clarify in a content warning or summary section instead?
