I found a picture of the first thing that came to mind when I saw 'worst cereal' All Bran.

Second place goes to Fruity Pebbles. Not because it tastes bad, but because it literally causes instant colon cancer.

I doubt any of that stuff is healthy anymore.

I used to raise ducks. And in the process I had to learn about what it took for a hen to be healthy enough to produce eggs. In that process I realized that even the farm food isn't that healthy that goes to the animals. And that they require a certain protein level in order to be healthy and survive. With humans this is also true, but people aren't being taught right about it because you only see this 1 point of view of healthcare. And their view doesn't want you to be educated, it just wants you to pay up.

Anyway with the duck experiments I learned that there's a lot of bad feed in animals and humans. I got to also learn how... even if the duck can produce eggs, it still needs a certain nutrition level for the ducklings to be healthy enough to survive also. If they don't survive hatching and the first week of hatching that can sometimes mean the protein level wasn't high enough.

People are the same.

I'm now suggesting its better if people start to learn how to make their own food.

I feel bad that this point of view I learned in experiments with raising duck eggs, most people don't get to see. It was very eye opening. Other people need this. Because with animals its a faster life cycle that's quick enough you can learn day to day observations and then adapt it to humans.

I guess I would be pretty good at a monster girl breeding farm with what I know... I just have to figure out how to get to that world now.

I hated the Reese's puffs cereal when I was a kid. People hyped it up a lot and it just tasted like I was eating somebody's burped up chocolate pebbles.

I like most cereals I try but I didnt really like the oreo cereal, it was definitely not what I thought it would be and was really just awful

Anything without enough sugar to permanantly damage my body. I am eating cereal not because I want to be healthy, I eat it because I am an adult and I don't want to be seen eating candy for breakfast, so I eat candy that is socially acceptable to consume at breakfast.

I've always wondered why yoghurt is a thing. It's basically spoiled milk.

But going back to cereal, I really dislike anything that's "fruit" flavoured.

I used to eat Kellogg's Nutri Grain cereal as a kid and apparently everyone hated it except for me
