The deliberate overuse of "Yandere" tag needs to stop.

More than 50% of the "Yandere" stories barely fit the actual yandere category. I don't know why so many authors use that tag even though it barely appears in their stories.

Hmm.

I *technically* have single yandere-ish character who is introduced late into the story. And she has a major impact on the story from there. ?

But no, I don't think it would be appropriate to throw that tag on, not nearly central enough to the story.

Tags should be exact.

Gonedere: She just leaves you too kill her rivals for another's love.
Yamdere: The main character is a yam.
YouOndere: You're on drugs.
Lawndere: When your garden loves you to the point of violence.
Laundere: When your dirty clothes loves you to the point of violence.
Landere: When a continent loves you to the point of violence.
Liondere: When a lion loves you loves you to the point of violence.
Lambdere: When a lamb loves you to the point of violence.
Laurendere: When the Yandere girl's name is Lauren.
Luannedere: When the Yander girl's name is Luanne.
