Blond is still blonde, but Zelda's hair is yellow ranging into gold. Maybe more of a butter yellow or slightly peachy yellow would work? Are your elves the woodsy type? You’re right. I’m overreacting. The basic description in the story is long blonde hair cascading down to her back and blue eyes. That’s it. I can just look at different hair styles.
