the reward for no rank is +2 levels do i actually add 2 levels? like my Vesper oc is now lvl5? also does that apply to both my oc or only the oc that i used for the raid

The way I did it was add the equivalent of the exp you would need to gain the next two levels.
You're technically not level 5 until you've done the E-rank exam, though...

860 exp would have had you at level 3 with 340 to get to level 4.
Then you would need another 800 exp to get to level 5.
If we discount the exp you already had at level 3 and make it the whole amount needed instead.
600 to 1200 to get to level 4, then 1200 to 2000 to get to level 5.
So, your total exp should now be 2260 exp.
