I know there are only slight difference between these, but which one should I use for my cover? Less saturated colors or more???

I don't think the slight differences matter here. You should instead look for improvements for the title.

I'm too tired to really explain, but the colour is far too close to the background. So it doesn't stand out, and can be hard to read.
Additionally, the lettering doesn't look all that good, especially with how narrow of a border the lettering has.
There's more issues things, but I'm going to sleep rather than judge harshly. And I'm not a professional designer, but my sister is.

I'll put that into consideration ?

Clean up the line work of the painting. Especially the drapery.

Don't have a tangent between two objects, like the hair and text.

Fun piece, keep at it, just workshop it more.

High contrast, high saturation

High luminosity and high saturation

low Luminosity, slightly lower saturation

Okay three new ones. Well hopefully the titles stand out more than before. By the way I was going for painting and sketchy style for the drawing. So it's left kind of messy on purpose. I more so wondering about the saturation and lighting. I'm not a pro artist, so I'm happy with how the picture has turned out. I'm doing it for my own story that I originally started for fun, so I'm not overly picky about how neat it is.

From the new ones, I like the third one most but you should also consider scaling them down to see how they would look with the scribblehub image size limit
