Title is self explanatory. MC should be actually intelligent and their powers shouldnt be basic or they use them creatively. My reading list is public(or should be) for you to see what I'm currently reading, though there really isnt much there. A naruto fic would be appreciated, although no systems/harems. I never find any good harems and I despise system novels, unless it isnt used as a crutch and is non sentient(see Bloodraven). Also would prefer a male MC if possible
PS- No smut, genderbender, BL, GL or Ecchi tags. I'm not looking for something depraved, nor do I really care for novels with the main character having LGBT relationships. LGBT side characters are fine, however

This is the closest to your request I can offer. All male MC, no system or any of the tags, but also no powers to speak of (with only a minor and passive exception in the first example). Also no fanfictions, I don't touch those.

You can try Chasing Sunlight. The MC is an intelligent, calculating and experienced explorer, so he knows broadly what to expect, how to prepare and how to deal with the situations at hand - something he uses well throughout the book.
Or The Eagle's Flight. The MC is a tallented commader and a good warrior. Although he's also relatively impulsive and not good with politics. The book was scrubbed from RR and SH since it's now on Amazon, but it is complete - so it's just a matter of time before it's fully released.
Then there's Paladin. Scientist MC with a cutting-edge military factory with top-of-the-line tech at his disposal. He also makes stupid decisions, though. (It's marked with hiatus, but is actually completed.)

Well all but my most popular story seems to fit your criteria...

• Digital Cowboy only has 12 chapters up here (almost 50 at PocketFM as Digital Cowboy Dane). A side character is sometimes GB but the main is not and, so far, no LGBT stuff at all (aside from that one character, I guess). Also zero smut. But it does have VICC, a system that ... well, is a little different I think.) (Edit: Around chapter 60 an LGBT character shows up, leading to some weird moments with the GB side character - a side effect of trying to post daily and needing to put new spins on old stories)
• Between Worlds has several LGBT side characters (and the two "least used" MCs are a bi female couple), but it is a side thing. A lot of "they're going to do it, fade to black, they did it" moments with the straight characters. No system, and the characters are all smart, though prone to occasionally doing dumb things.
• True Blue has a LGBT secondary character and a shapeshifter but is pretty much straight and no sex scenes. But MC is pretty much Martian Manhunter from DC comics (only with a vulnerability to electricity not fire).
• The Jack Diamond stuff loves to dance around sex and hint at it but doesn't really go there, ever (and won't if I ever get back to it). His power level is slowly growing, as it needs to for him to survive what he's facing.
• Avoid Strange Awakening as it breaks most of your rules (borderline smut, GB, very powerful MC).

I would like to recommend my own novel 'An Extra the World Wants Dead', the mc is intelligent (that's his whole gimmick) he is transmigrated into a different world about which he doesn't know anything.

He needs to survive so he could save his little brother back on his orginal world. He doesn't have any powers but he does have a system given to him by an eccentric eldtrich guy who may or may not be unhinged, the system is useless for most part and non-sentient.

The story is Isekai, mystery, horror (Eldtrich entities), dark and comedy. There is no LGBT character in the story nor harem.

The MC is a normal guy as far as his personality goes, he is not righteous nor he is evil just a normal human being.

I like Eldritch novels, however my standards are kinda tweaked from reading LOTM, RTOC, Reverend Insanity and others. Heres to hoping yours can make my GOATed list?
