Elf Bowling, not because it was traumatizing per se, but because I was forced to watch it over and over again in a car for at minimum 3 hours and at maximum, 17 hours. It was the equivalent of Christmas themed Chinese water torture.

Human centipede
Texas chainsaw massacre
The adventures of Mark Twain
Children of the corn

I think paranormal activity was the one that made me avoid any horror movies in general(saw other horror movies and didn't cause any psychological horror except Chuckie). But it was mainly because my brother who traumatize me rather than the movie.

When I was a child, me and my older brother watch the movie together, only he left halfway through while I was alone who watched the entire movie. He would often made sounds during the tense scenes and made jumpscares at the exact moment spooky scenes appeared.

When he returned, he thought I died because my eyes kept wide open and lost all signs of life, only when the lights came back did I regained consciousness.

In the end, I'm now mentally tormented in any horror themes(except haunted houses because fakes scare me more than the real thing).

I think its hard for a movie to traumatise me, because i can differ between reality and fiction. So, the worse movies for my mental health are those who look too real -- too convincing i.g. doku style movies.

I don't get scared watching fiction, let alone traumatized. But when I see actual diseases, for example Necrosis (This isn't some anime attack trust me it's worse than you think.) Truthfully even this doesn't scare me, the only thing I get scared by is Cosmic Horror, not being able to do anything when the horror arrive just dreads me more than the actual horror.
