Ah... Well, the IC reason would be that Nene never caught her name and only saw her for a few seconds. Not to mention that day was quite traumatic for her, so her memories of it are kinda blurry.
Also, Dust actually recovered the child, so Nene assumed the kidnapper died, so uhn... She forgot, let's go with that.

The OOC reason is that it's 1:30am, so I'm not that sharp rn and it totally flew over my head~
