I feel like even if I entered, I don't know what to do there at all. As of now, IC reason is that my character has no reason to join the tavern at all. Don't have the motive to join, is more right, I think.

You don't have to worry about that.
If it makes you feel better, Liana never goes to the tavern, either.
She experienced a traumatic thing there with Jasper and has since never gone there again.

As for an IC reason...why not do the maid job and interact through that, then link the posts into a report for the quest?

I think you should just reply to any post that triggers your interest~

Like... Nene would never join the tavern, normally speaking, so I just skip over the fact that she should not be there in the first place, and instead just make it as if she was always there and start replying.
