I agree with Controversial Opinion. Just make the MC a nice guy.

The kind of guy who grew up in a healthy household, wants real love, and doesn't want to mind control people into sleeping with him. Because he already has a pretty girlfriend, a good job, and things are going great.

But now this mind control power is ruining everything. Now he feels awful just by existing. And people act like his natural logic, trust-worthiness, persuasiveness, likeability, all are due to him using his ability. The government is after him too, since his power is too dangerous. He needs to be nipped in the bud while his power is still weak, or that is what they believe.

Sounds fun, no?

I know if one niche site that is specifically for mind control erotica. Well that's pretty much how 99.9% of them go and it makes sense. Because humans have simple desires like food, sex, and shelter to more complex like love, belonging, and purpose. So if you gain the power to control someone's mind, you're going to eventually bend them to have them fulfill these desires.

Mind control harem is the laziest idea ever. Bro, mind control an army of maids to guard your castle and clean up everything. Then you get to slowly degenerate into a lazy vampire while things outside happen randomly. Over centuries you're forgotten about, but you get into online gaming. Then you start playing a competitive game like League of Legends and mind control your teammates to do the smart plays so you can win every game.
