I hate when medical professionals are sexualized. Don't fuck your nurse. Them being nice isn't them wanting to have sex.

So a maid calling me master does not mean she wants the D? Thanks... Gotta keep notes.
Nah you good. It's only medical professionals.

Any type of proselytizing between two and only two groups of ideas/actions. Why? Because 1000% of the time, a third and glaringly obvious view is given that is always ignored; making the conflict either redundant, antithesis to the message, a red herring to the true idea/action that superimposes the original conflict.

My case and point: Snowpiercer. Yes, the movie is a pretty damn good allegory for classism. Got people on top and people on bottom. The two warring factions for the ideas. Yet, it obligates us to forget that the only way that humanity kept from going extinct is because everything else: hippie love, yakub coming down, the military industrial complex, etc. failed. We are to ignore that the rich and megalomaniac is the only reason why humanity can wait it out to continue existing. We are to ignore that those in the back of the car were last additions for an already absurd situation of the world ending. We are to ignore that the perfectly enclosed system was not; that the Tailies did strain the system and only after years was a use found for them. That the failure of mechanical parts would have still eventually required children in the end. That the Tailies justified existence is never brought up and is mostly just fan fiction when it's talked about.

And, if people ignore the movie and go the comic book route, it becomes even more absurd. If even the comics are ignored (lazyness) and only the tv show viewed, then the military industrial complex is the end-all and be-all anyway!

What is something that romanticised in novel and movies or any other culture media to the point everyone thinks it's cool, but you know, it isn't?

Polygamy.
Harems, time for misogyny, but can you imagine your harem syncing their cycles, as is what happens when women live together? Scary.
Thinking Strategy games will help.

Don't know the word for it but I hate when the MC is this close to getting revenge or putting somebody down that should be put down but they don't cause "revenge bad" sometimes revenge good, and I like seeing people obliterate those that wronged them in a violent crash out. I feel like that whole recurring plot element is romanticized.
