Btw, NPC's I've made that are likely to go to the tavern are:
Jasper - since he lives there and drinks often there
Clive - to drown his sorrows when Adele has spurned him for 'cheating' on him again
Alexei - if dragged by his male colleagues
Imelda - when trying to seduce someone else's boyfriend/husband/crush, etc...
Freja - to relax and unwind a little from doing adventurer work

Feel free to use any of them in the tavern!
Just remember to not break their core personality or characters.
