To be honest, I have a less than ideal body posture, I really want a muscular sixpack body like a bodybuilder.

But in some cases, I'm often too lazy to exercise, and this happens over and over again, motivation just comes and goes.

Actually, I'm sick of living like this, advice is still advice, but in the end it will all come back to each individual. Whether he wants to change or not, only he can change his own life.

Find a local martial arts school. There's a light workout segment beforehand. And you can build on that.

Well, Martial Arts here... No need to discuss it... I don't want to discuss it because it's so bad...

Like writing, consistency is key. Lack of Motivation will keep you down for a bit but if you can set times aside to actually do a work out routine, it will help greatly. After a couple of weeks, it should start to be fun and after a few months, you should see striking results. Just remember to take a day or two a week to rest.

Start with smaller sets and slowly work your way up as you feel comfortable. You'll know you're doing it right if the muscle feels like it is warming up or burning but not hurting.

Finding a workout companion or a accountability partner(who will actually hold you you to it) can also help with Motivation.

Sticking to somewhat Protein and carbs heavy meals like chicken and rice are best for bulking but try to have some veggies like broccoli or green beans as it can help. There's science behind it but I don't remember it all.

I know it sounds cheesy but your posture is also helpful in stretching your muscles and helping to want to work out. All you do is breath in deep, roll your shoulders back, chin up, eyes to heaven, chest out, gut in, breath out, and you should feel a bit of popping in your neck and/or relief in your back. Setting alarms to remind yourself to do this every few hours or as you need to can help improve a lot.

Hope this helps in some capacity!

Stretching is a requirement to life, and so is excessive. Humans can only survive a small amount of time without oxygen. They can survive a bit longer with no water. Even longer than that they can survive without food. No exercise will also kill you, but it takes way longer than not eating. It's a matter of decades.

If you've not exercised in a while, get on a small routine. At least 30 minutes of high intensity exercise per day for 5 days a week. Ideally, you will start a regiment, and your body will end up craving it every day. When you start to go without it, you'll feel terrible.

My answer is genetics. Just be born without the need to exercise.

If you aren't born like that, set up a routine. Pick a time of day, even just half an hour will work. But then regardless if you feel like working out, you do it. It can be as simple as running in the spot, jumping jacks, or getting up for a morning run.

Don't get motivated by the fact you will get a six pack, just make it a habit. Work your way up to exercising habitually, if you stick with the routine it will.

As you get more and more accustomed to the routine, then you can add more exercise and time. But don't start with hours a day, or hard exercises, that will make it even harder to form a routine. Start slow but get used to working out daily, even if it's just for half an hour.
