So I wanted to ask about Danmachi? Is this a new thing? IS it the new fad to write danmachi fanfics now?

I only saw season 1 of the anime.

There were a few things I didn't understand though...

How high can you level up in the Danmachi world? I recall in season 1 that they had to basically risk extreme death just to get level 1. So it felt like it wasn't the same as leveling in other worlds.

Also, do people that join god familias/families live longer and age better than others? And any idea what life expectancies are in this world?

I forgot to add in also; in Danmachi world is a god is killed do they just rebirth like Link in Zelda, or is it permanent death too? And what if they divorce their god? Is their falna whatever that is erased als? (It sounds like falna is like a stat building type of mana...)

When they die they stop being in their flesh puppets and get a one-way ticket back to the heavens.

Nah. The thing was that they wanted to be around their creations. The self imposed rules they made to regulate their lives included a "one and done" clause. If they die they get sent back permanently.
