Goblins, orcs.... Vamp-...tentacle monster perhaps.

Le Mans. Boring.

Also, I really hate the standard, smug elf-types, the usual high-elf, we live forever, know-it-best variant.
I also hate the stubborn dwarf trope.
I also hate all cookie-cutter-based race attributes.

You know what?

?The dwarf in my story is initially stubborn, but then reveals his friendly side to the main character. He is always an up-tight stubborn person when you meet him, or he doesn't like you, when you get to know him, he is like a field of flowers.

I really felt like I needed to get this guilt off- my chest.

Hopefully i am not the target of your hatred. ?

Humans.

They are so complex that they either turn into purest of saints or basically scarier than the elder gods themselves.

At least other races can justify why some of their actions reasonable.

Humans?

They either be so xenophobic to other races or wanted to fuck everything that moves(sometimes even non-moving ones).

Wanted to unite everything peacefully or basically commit mass extinction of everything around them(even themselves just for shits and giggles).

Sometimes be the dumbest that a rock is smarter than them or even intelligent enough to trick a god(either doing complicated stuff for no reason to the simplest ideas that basically work).

The worst part? They are basically just a randomizer of every races that you'll question even how they are made(remember a DnD post about how the origin of humans came to be that gives more questions than answers of how they are made).

Elves, when they're the 'new and improved Human' version. Make something about them different other than 'more magical pretty humans with immortality' please. Like the reason they have pointy ears is because they're related to beastkin.

Well I guess it depends on where you are taking the question. Are you talking about which are the best fit for villains? Or which are harder to write about? Or which you just don't want in the story?

I really think goblins have amazing potential for villains. They are just awesome fodder! But I'd hate to be one or have a character in the 'team' be one. Some races are challenging to write about. For example, people are attracted to beautiful things, so dwarves are harder to write about. Because you are trying to have your writing overcome stigmas about both REAL dwarves AND fantasy dwarves being written so much as ugly or bad mannered. Some races also probably are overused... I've had readers tell me they think vampires are overused before. Shrug.
