People just are lazy I guess. I've seen fairly new cars beyond filthy while my 18 year old car is still near pristine on the inside. I don't get how these people think.
The value of things, this goes back to the upbringing. Back home, I was in a better position than others.
Though, everyday I saw how people suffered, and it stuck with me. It made me think, I could have been like them.
As a result, it made me appreciate what I have and not be wasteful.
The ones I have seen that are wasteful, are people who did not grow up under those situations, or just doesn’t care it is not them.
When my father was alive as well, he set some good examples. He had his problems no doubt, but at the heart. He looked out for the smaller person.
He used to donate, or give them food. Even when sometimes they’d turn against him. He was a black belt in martial arts I should mention.
What did him in, was corporate corruption.
Always appreciate what you have, don’t look down on another person for what they don’t have. And if you can spare a bit, it doesn’t hurt to lift someone up when they need it.
