There are a few more obscure hard to describe ones for me, but sticky things, foods, surfaces, etc. gross me out. The texture makes me wanna barf, and as a frycook I am never too far from grease… I learned I hated this when I was 5 trying to eat a glazed doughnut.

Another one is unpolished aluminum the texture just feels wrong on every level.

The texture of cooked tomatoes is the same as vomit stuck in your mouth, and peas cooked and uncooked feel like eating mushy sand if I am remembering correctly.

What about you?

sticky stuff from sweets, aluminum shavings, thin wire and rough wood textures because those always give me splinters somehow anyway those are the ones that I can think off the top of my head right now.

Grindy, sandy something mashed with sweet gelatin like texture. I hate this specific texture, otherwise I'm not that picky

microfiber cloth. Simply can't stand it. it feels dry and sticky at the same time, and my hands feel scaly and sticky for the next hour after holding one. So I wear gloves with it - a fact that has gotten me no small amount of ridicule.

I really don't like the scratchy bits of velcro. And slimy foods like jello or cranberry sauce is a no go. Also I don't know if this is a common experience, but if you eat chips, do you ever end up picking up one that is strangely soft and has too much seasoning on it? it has happened to me a few times and it always makes me want to throw up.

Pudding. Always felt like snot or mucus.ice cream without additional things. If there isn't chunks of goodies in it, I can't do it. ?, I'm 32 and still can't choke that shit down. Vegan anything, I can tell.

When I chew white bread a little too much. Anything mushy, really, so porridge, cereal that's been in milk for too long, Br*t*sh food, etc. are all no-gos for me.

Rubbing my fingers on paper. Probably from the time in my childhood I used to do pastel and charcoal drawings.

Nobody's gonna mention unglazed ceramics? Every time I touch surfaces like that, it feels like I can taste the feeling. Idk if that makes sense.
