Humans have two things:desires and rationality.
It depends on how its personality is, whether that human follow its rationality or desires.
Personality is based of the experience in life.
The experience matters on its choices, the choices matter on the probabilities, and its limit on imagination.
Some have tasted human flesh.
Those humans are cannibals.
They won't eat infront of others, they will not show their desires in the open, only a few do that.
Thus, they will go to graves and eat human flesh to fulfill thier desires.
Some may even go to larger extents.

Except they don't. Sea creatures like sharks spit us out, but land creatures like wolves, bears, etc. will eat us just fine.
