Which cover should I use? Which would get more clicks?

Please help me out. I have asked a few people on discord, most like the non-anime one, but I don't believe it would do well on this site or Royal Road.

The first one is more intriguing. It's mysterious : 'Who is this man ? What is his story ?' and let's be honest, it's aesthetically pleasing.

The second one just looks like every other webnovel or manhwa on the Internet. Seeing the illustration without the title, it could correspond to Solo leveling, Max level player, SSS class Suicide hunter, Return of the frozen player, etc.... Just any MC with black hair, a blade, and a smoke-like power around him. If I saw this illustration alone, I would think 'I think I already read that' and go on my way

The left one looks much more pleasing to the eye. The right one screams "generic," and I would not pick this story strictly based on that cover; I would probably look at the synopsis, though.
The title, however, doesn't speak to me (especially when combined with the second cover) at all. It sounds like a story about a typical, cringe-worthy op protag who is so delusional he can't see the world how it really is and relies either on his broken skills or the "power of friendship" to make things work the way he wants. Or maybe it's just me who was wronged by many series having similar-sounding titles

No, I would still read the synopsis and, if it was interesting, read some pages before deciding if this is for me or not.
However, it would affect my picking order if I had multiple other titles to choose from at the same time.
If I had only those two to choose from, I would pick the first one. They are both anime-ish, tho.

Personally don't care if it is anime or not. The style of the drawing itself is not interesting enough for me to give it more than a side glance, that's why I prefer the left (first) one as it draws my attention much more.

For Scribble I'd put the anime cover as this website tends to be better with those types of covers. I'd put the other on Royal Road since it has a higher scope of covers and such!
However I do advise you to post regularly or in this case consistently for a month with each cover on Royal Road and see how it fares and then you can stick to the one you think did best

Id not do the anime cover. You can get readers without it on SH as well. I know my two novels are anime cover but trust. Also several no cover novels get trending all the time.

The boob nerf patch was truly the worst. It's why I quit that game called Royal Road. I was a boob one trick.
