Is it cliched to say Berserk? But I'd say 3-gatsu no Lion had the most profound impact on me as a writer. It really shaped my tastes.

I also have a ridiculously soft spot for The Little Prince. Nothing could possibly make me hate it. It's perfect in every way.

Re:Zero, Blue Archive, Black Souls, Higurashi, A Certain Magical Index, Make the Exorcist Fall in Love, Sousou no Frieren, Nisekoi, Shugaten Sugar Sweet Tempering, Aokana, Gochiusa, etc.

Obviously my faves don't have to be necessarily well-written but hey a favorite is a favorite

Attack Titan for the flesh mechas and omni-directional gear.

Air Gear for the Air Trecks.

Gundam Wing, Seed, Seed Destiny, 00, Age (surprisingly), Iron Blooded Orphans, Witch of Mercury (double surprisingly) for the mechas and tech.

Code Geass for the Knightmare frames.

I can't arrange stories I've read based on my most favorite to the least.
I've also divided them bw what's considered lit and not lit, since listing them together didn't sit right with me.

Thank You Isekai! by Azuki Arai
Tamen De Gushi by Tan Jiu
Aku no Kyouten by Yuusuke Kishi
Requiem of the Rose King by Aya Kanno
To Your Eternity Tome 1 by Yoshitoki Ooima

Dubliners by James Joyce
Goodbye, My Brother by John Cheever
Julian by Gore Vidal
Out of Africa by Karen Blixen
Nobody Will Laugh by Milan Kundera
The Joke by Milan Kundera
The Drawf by Pär Lagerkvist

Seras is a great author, yup. Wouldn't say my very favorite, but definitely up there.

My personal favorite is probably Depth by Marcin Podlewski. From online stories probably "We're Not So Different, You and I". Not limited to written content, there's also a manga "Beauty and the Beast Girl".

I could list out a lot more of those I liked, but those are the three I remember best because of the impact they had on me.

Some honorable mentions in no particular order:
Authors (and all/most of their stories):
Seras, Thundamoo, BottledChaos
Stories:
Twinned Destinies, To Save A World - Tenets of Eden, Suddenly a Succubus (AO3), Syl, Sunspot, Nexus Alpha, Umbral Feast, Changeling, Brainpunch, Infrasound Berserker.

I think all of those except Suddenly a Succubus can be found either on Scribble or on RR.
