As for what i find cringe people that use "twitch chat" in real life.

Example had a friend use the word poggers in an actual conversation. I've never let him live it down

There's a lot, but here's the latest one: People that believe the Covid vaccine is the government trying to track and kill people.
I never actually met someone in real-life that believes this, but every time I read this sentence, it physically makes me cringe.

2) My students being full-blown woke without knowing the context of the discussion first.

3) RoyalRoad ads trying to be cool/funny.

4) People irl or online acting like they are dying from terminal disease, only to delay it for a few more years when their bid to grab our attention fails miserably.

As a general rule, if certain things (typically speech and bahaviors since cringe is mostly used in that context, but it's not exclusive) are simplified or exagerrated, there's a good chance they are cringe.

Cringe, however, is heavily context-dependent. Doing one thing when partying may be cringe, but that same thing could be completely normal on a business meeting, and vice versa, so it's not really possible to provide a rigid system.
