Expressions in real life and anime

I got a few mannerisms from wrestling. Although, I get rid of them fairly quickly and currently have none. I don't think my speech was affected in any way or form by either wrestling or anime, can't say the same about local memes...

I'd be more surprised if memes didn't influence you.

Mostly exaggerated verbal stuff like "Blegh", "Eugh", "Uuuuuu" though I usually only display it when I'm comfortable (around close friends and family) especially that last one.
Though back in highschool I remember I decided one day I was going to act like Mayuri aka tuturu girl from steins gate. Mind you, this was during a time where liking anime was seen as weird much less acting like an animu girl... I think the only reason I didn't get bullied was because people thought of me as the autistic genius.

I now think in tropes and memes. Not strictly the fault of animus and mangoes, more like an occupational disease.

Most of my habits and quirks are a result of my own traits like a bit of OCD and anxiety. I crack my neck, back, fingers... I drum my fingers in patterns and tilt my head a lot. Other than head tilting, none of those are seen in anime all that much, and certainly not in those I watched.
