Writing How Long Does It Take You to Upload New Chapters? ?

It’s been weeks since my last upload, and I originally planned to post one chapter per week. Yet here I am, way off schedule. The main reason is that I proofread every chapter 6+ times... I can't just help it! Though, doing so reduces my revision in the future but gosh, I'm slow.

One thing that helped me a lot was getting an app to organize my ideas into smaller more functionaly pieces and expand my story slowly.

I used to upload daily but after ch: 200, I slowed down a bit to 4-5 chs/week. Words are approx 1.5k-2k.

I try to post when I have five more waiting. I was doing two chapters a week on three stories (between two sites), then briefly up to four until one hit an end point - but then started one story that kind of took over everything and slowed way down on the rest.
My goal is, unless I have a final chapter written, to wait until I have five "backup chapters" waiting (though only have 2.5 with "Strange Awakening") before posting and to try to upload two a week per story. I've been falling short for a month and a half, and expect this to be an issue until sometime early next year.

I do one chapter a week-ish. Ultimately sometimes it's two chapters one week and no chapters the next or whatnot. All depending on how much review and repair any individual chapter needs. As long as I get 4 out in a month I feel okay.

chapter length for me is somewhere between 2k and 4k usually. Scribblehub says my average word count is 2,959 right now.

I release by volumes, so depends on my time to finish an entire book.

But usually, it's around one month or two after the last chapter of the previous volume.

I stockpile too... Especially because my story have several scheming characters. I need to be careful.

I usually write chapters with 10—20k words and split it into two parts.With each chapter being 4—6k words long.So i upload two chapters per weak(somtimes the parts are split into three,rarely even four).
And add the renewing i do,i scarp it four times then when I'm tried,I'll just stop and renew it more before proofreadind alone since i don't have any friends,then upload it.
