Increase the Character limit for Profile Page Messages.

I think maxing out at 500 characters for a SH profile message is way too short. People cannot make their own announcements with any details with such a small limit. I'm having to take to the forums just to do so because of this restriction. Can we bump it up some amount? Maybe 1500 characters? This pertains to Scribblehub as the main site, not the forums site.

I think the point is that you should make big announcements on the forum - just include a link to the forum post or an external site in the announcement post.
