I will get you what I usually get. Thin crust pizza with garlic alfredo sauce, mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, and pineapple.
Why would you put pineapple on that? The flavours would clash with the garlic alfredo sauce.
What about, instead, garlic alfredo sauce, chicken and cherry tomatoes? With parmesan and a good melting cheese like mozzarella.

Tomatoes are disgusting and upset my stomach, and pineapple on it is better than you think. It compliments it quite well.

I really wish I could agree, I just have yet to eat a pizza that improved from the pineapple. It overwhelms the rest of the pizza and I don't enjoy the flavour with pepperoni and sausage meats.
Though I might be able to understand how the flavour would work in moderation, such as adding it as a base in a sauce. San Marzano tomatoes have a somewhat orange like flavour, which is somewhat a proof of concept.
One problem I can think of is that it would be hard to add both garlic and fruit into an alfredo sauce, so it seems best to include one or the other. (This could be counteracted by adding garlic oil or meat to the dish, i.e. garlic chicken and brush the pizza in garlic oil)

Pineapple really helps balance the saltiness of the anchovies. Assuming anchovies.
My usual 6 topping order is anchovies, pineapple, hot peppers, backed up by a porcine trio of ham, bacon and sausage. (Same for my wife, but extra tomato sauce and no cheese.)
