it could be a Male to Female or Female to Male, it doesn't really matter but not Girls Love or Boys Love... I've read so many of those by now

That's almost impossible. The gender bender tag is one of those genre's that was taken over by the LGBTQ+ community, especially the T authors. I do hope you find one though.
