This is my first time posting a thread here, and also I'm sorry if there any uncomfortable or harm comments on other threads.

Mmm... How can I say this?

Everytime I write on a new chapter, my mind filled with my Imagination and delusions. But If I proofread my previous chapters, I will forgot how to forgot the missing plots, and can't write a new chapter.

Even if I write down some notes, I can't even understand or remember it.

That sounds like a variation of Attention Deficit Disorder. My only way to fight it is to have several projects going at once. Usually write about three chapters before going back and proofing any (and often wind up rereading a lot more than intended every time I do go back).

It may also be that you have no one to brainstorm with and are looking for validation/rejection of the plot you have written.

Maybe you should try the advice above and write whatever comes to mind first. Take a break, walk around for a while, then come back with refreshed thoughts and proofread the chapters you've written.

Try to widen your release schedules to minimize that "Publish New Chapter" pressure.

Usually, you would write out an outline for the current chapter, and a summary of the previous (or the entire plot so far) chapter(s), then start your way there.

Yes, I have ADD since little, in a extreme level (all of the symptoms ever listed); although now isn't that extreme anymore. That method will work, although my memory capacity is the real problem. The two sides, one can remember as far, as my life started. One that is temporary, remembered months, weeks or less.

Hmm...how about this?

Try to go around your condition. Know how you get distracted and when it happens. Devise a routine to 'go around it' and stick to it religiously. As for memory capacity, you can always have a notebook (small one) by your side, so you can always write ideas that suddenly come in your mind.

I do it too, keeping a notebook with me even as I go around driving.

Thank you. I think that will work well for me. Although writing ideas into the book seems great, that will effect my memory read back in my brain (the idea how I got it in the first place), causing me confusion at times. It just sometimes my habit/instincts will do that automatically to make it easier for me to understand, using it in my way of terms/understanding.

You could try using a personal recorder. Most phones have this ability. Just talk into it instead of taking notes.
