Do you guys have any stories/webnovels etc where the MC just acts a like a video game character in a setting where other people act like normal human beings?

for example he just keeps spamming a dialogue at a random dude on the street constantly without embarrassment or he gets his arm chopped off and is like "That sorta hurt" or he just revives dead people with a defibrillator type stuff

It's weird ik but any suggestions are appreciated
