I just hit the one hundred milestone on both favorites and readers in a little under three weeks. I have no idea if that's fast or slow for a new account, but it doesn't really matter to me. I just like the thought that behind each one of those numbers is someone who liked my story.

Everyone likes to see numbers go up, unless you want 1 star reviews or have some financial debt. If that's what you want, then you want them to go down.

Well, it wouldn't surprise me if it is lower than normal, considering it's the first story I've ever written aside from a few bumbling attempts when I was considerably younger, and the beginning is a bit different than most. But that's fine; the only reason I would care is that lower viewer counts naturally correlate to less feedback. Like all web novel writers, I love to see comments on my chapters.
