I hate that 2 big old favorite of mine (chinese novels)
"Craftman master"
and "I have a hotel"
were axed/dropped of low popularity.
Worse thing is : they were too ahead of their times.
If you go to faloo now, or any raw websites, this kind of slowlife series are going bonkers but before, it was the "faceslap" era BS.
Spoiler : Craftman had MC being the only one with "magic" in normal earth and no bs "oh wow hidden society", not really magic but the material had special effects by systems, also heroine had ADHD syndromes.
and Hotel system caused rooms to have magical effects. One of which is "dreaming the perfect life you subconsciously crave". This had ton of potential.
Edit : Also he sculpted a Misaka Mikoto wood statue that could do a railgun yepyep. Wait. Now i think about it, there is proof of my words that they were ahead of its time, is the fact before axed there was livestream of "tv show" nearby. And for people that dont know, later in 2018ish, there was a upsurge trend of "livestream" novels until now 2024. And well, if the author continued on the arc its just like this "meh but popular" fast food novels of 2024.
Goddamnit. Sometimes it feels bad to be right.
