Where I live trees are extremely tall, creatures are titanic and even giants exist.
Everything here is peaceful, there is even dragons of all type that I can talk too.
Eating even rocks simply because they have energy in them and I sleep for a decade.
I wake up in same amount, eating once a year since my metabolism is extremely slow.
It takes me centuries to learn something new, mastering them in millenia.

All knowledge is kept with me be it hidden or forgotten and even wisdom.
I am broke but that is simply because I can scour anything to eat at anytime.
Gone into many different seasons as heat is prominent and cold is almost long.
World that have yet to explore because of how big it is, less ocean more land.
Thats the hint, will be here for 2 more days before I go.

I've reread this like twenty times, and unless the answer is some fantasy or sci-fi thing I could never guess, the closest thing I could think of is a mushroom or an endolith. Both evolve over a very long time and can break down rocks, the oldest mushroom is like 2,500 and endolith bacteria can last as long as like 10,000 years.

So my guess is either 2,500 or 10k

All we can conclude from that collection of mtl stuff is that you are some number of millenia old, the second thing doesn't really help since its your fantasy world and we don't know how long they live for.

As long as you point out the flaw I can fill it up.

A dragon/giant can live up to 10 millenia if they are healthy.
But usually only half of them survive by the end of 5 millenia.
A dirt that grows here is 15cm each year, flatland to mountain sized.
Hey even those dwarfs are moving here! What are they doing in an evil biome?
A spiritual rock the size of boulder takes 5 millenia to recharge, good thing they are plenty here in this woods but those merchants only view it useless, except me, they taste good as my staple food.
An immortal the oldest is 50 millenia and his still going~
Like a buddy we fight, insult, cheer, stories of centuries.
I've seen seedling grown heighthened beating even the mountains, simply because the land is very rich that took 7.5 millenia, currently this is forest filled with many different creatures that do not survive more then 3 millenia.
Only few seedlings get nurtured to reach this stage, survival of the fittest.

Dwarves of 1 millenia old has put out society full of bearded bastards.
They recall me being those of strange forgotten yet they treat me kindly.
One could say the kingdom has grown large but eventually went fallen after 5 millenia.
They split and split broken leaving 25 at the end eventually a war of 15 millenia took place and peace has return but the scare has made bloody rain that last centuries.
Only few society are left as I foretell their ancestors way of smithing and rum-making,

There is 21-45 of them surviving but if you include their offspring...
It could be beyond 1000 dragons of all type for all I know.

10% of them are still survive.
