In this manga, a successful Japanese man dies of old age and realizes that his wife and daughter didn't care about him because he spent all his time working and never spending time with his family. He reincarnates in a new world (not summoned as an adult). In this new world, he is part of a nomadic Turkish tribe (this is kind of why I want to continue it, the setting feels different to all the others I've read). In standard Isekai fashion, he knows how to make things from the future somehow, he makes slings so that the kids can defend themselves from bandits, during a famine, he "discovers" grilled eels and it becomes a nationwide delicacy. He has two female childhood friends after him (and since its an Islamic culture, the parents are okay with him having a harem despite the fact that he wasn't trying to make one). After a princess his age tries to steal MC's father from his mother, he ends up with a new adopted sibling.

I don't remember the tags well. I do remember some scenes. Like when he finally got his first dagger as a sign that he wasn't a baby anymore or a scene where he's given a pony to ride (the turks are nomads) and he got jealous if his female friends (future harem members) fed and brushed the horse before he got a chance.

Welp, my go-to search methods are both a bust. Wasn't exactly expecting a result for something this apparently obscure anyway, but I thought I'd give them a try.

First method was to try an AI chat bot. They hallucinate around 75% of the time and only give correct answers 25% of the time, but that's still at least a 25% chance of getting your answer.

Second method is to search Youtube. There are a lot of manga recap channels that get away with just delivering full recaps of large manga series by using a vague synopsis of the basic plot hook as the title of the video. As such, inputing a description like the one you did in the OP actually does stand a good chance of popping up something. Seemed the Youtube search algorythm triggered off of "Tirkish" though and started throwing up a bunch of historical pieces on the real Tirkish culture.

I'd say the 2nd method might have more potential if you want to try it. Perhaps you can have better results since you've actually read it before and can attempt more variations of the concept.

Parallel World’s Greatest Artist (Isekai Ten’ishatachi no Onna)

Edit:

Scratch it; I'm 90% sure that was wrong, going back to searching.

I tried to look up:
1. all the nomadic manga
2. all the manga with islamic culture or setting
3. all the manga with child protagonists

but search 1 and 2 revealed to me that there are many manga that fit my criteria. I am sad because there's no way I'll find it in my 22,000 google chrome bookmarks without a name.
Parallel World’s Greatest Artist (Isekai Ten’ishatachi no Onna) - Jinba if abbrivated.

Probably?
It was not this one.

EDIT: I gotta sleep, maybe we'll succeed tomorrow.

I remember reading something like that month ago(by pressing random button on mangapill) but the title was so generic I forgot about it. It had all the plots of what you described, down to the harem, but it was warfare/kingdom building manga. I don't remember it being turkish nomad, but more like European free men roaming in the grassland. I skimmed through it, it has on the first chapter end "this is how protagonist's kingdom began" shtick. It had a novel on NU too, but I can't find it. It had 30 something translated chapters of manga as far I can remember. I'll search.

Or maybe I'm telling about other manga which is similar to what you described lol

Ive found that the problem is usually between the seat and the screen, feeding the chat bot obscure or wrong information.

But have you tried looking it up on Youtube or via an AI chat bot?

You've only told me about google so far. Those other two mediums give very different results.

Another thing you can try is other search engines, which also give different results.

Google is not the only search medium out there.

After a princess his age tries to steal MC's father from his mother, he ends up with a new adopted sibling.
oh i recognize it. (nonchalant tone)

(....Why the hell everyone seems becoming agitated ?)

(-Currently searching, from last message to now, and this etjerpojoyjjeryo series is a pain to find-)

Like one of you said, searching mangadex/my reads/NU was both bust, wasting me 30min of search for nothing + annoyed,
but finally i googled (3rd tentative try) : old salaryman as the son of village chief of manga
then got : > /r/Isekai/comments/uwy1up/need_help_finding_isekai_where_mc_reincarnated_as/
>Tada Shiawasena Isekai Kazoku Seikatsu

Also yeah, no wonder i couldnt find it. I didn't finish reading last chapter.
