First of all, i hope real artists aren't offended by me posting this in this channel.
But as i spent the last few hours on this image, i had the urge to share it.

So what do you think, isn't she lovely?

Yeah, unlike with people in real live, hair color really bring personality into the picture
Its just AI generated slop, here's some real artwork:
Never said it was anything else.
But I wouldn't be able to draw an image like the one i generated or the ones you uploaded so i use what i have. And i like what i can do with it.

What did you use to make it? If you will use it, try to re-generate it to correct the fingers, or depending of what you use, try to re-generate only the fingers area.

Did you call it real artwork cause they are made by a human? Or because of the quality? I won't call this real artwork if it's the second, sorry. And like @Sergeandgreen said, he didn't said it's not AI. He even said that he hope not real artist will be offended by having AI image here.

Well, i generated it on civitai with a DucHaiten-Pony-XL (no-score) and a number of different loras, for the hair, for added detail and stuff.
Also, i already reworked the fingers a few times. But my laptop is currently at its limit. He died like two times while trying to fix the fingers. And the fix on civitai is medium at best.

Face looks like "default setting" one, with that fucking face proportions I can remember even in my dreams, so it gets a hard no from me. Background and detail looks good enough though.

I don't know about it, I mostly use Nijijourney. I don't use my computer to make ai image, I don't have a good one to do this. Still if you will use the illustration, cut the part with her hands, or try to get a good one with the right finger.

Really pretty!

I'm here at Puppet Inc. News Department. This just in! Real artist is being offended despite the very first sentence of poster praying that they won't be offended!

Well, i guess that is one of the major problems of Ai. The faces look always similar. But i guess that is a problem many art styles share. Or at least within an artstyle the faces are limited. I wanted to add a little birthmark on her left cheek for a bit of individuality, but it just got her cheek painted orange. Not cool. I need to find a solution for my inpainting problems, so that i can add stuff like that without ruining the whole image.

real artwork is made by humans, and AI generated content is illegally scrapped art online, so of course its much better. And honestly, I like it more than AI generated stuff most of the time. AI generated things always look the same, you can immediately spot it was generated by AI. There's a certain disgusting thing about it. If you think that something that "looks worse" to you is not artwork even when made by a human, then you probably have brain damage

If you don't mind paying a bit, I really suggest Nijijourney AI. You can select an area, here for exemple the cheeks, and prompt what you want in that area only without changing the rest of it.

Yes, human artwork will always be better, but AI can allow people without much money to get some illustrations. When an artwork for an illustration made by a human costs 100$, but unlimited generation by a good AI costs 30$, the choice is easy, and you can even choose a free AI. The only part where people will think twice will be for their cover cause it is the "image" of their works, not some characters/monsters/designs/cities/etc... illustrations.
Still, it was not the point of this post. It was even written that he didn't want to offend real artists, so your comment here was useless and only served to offend others for nothing.
