Gods, it's been so long I can't even remember when I last read this novel, but it happened to come into mind while I was washing the dishes, and now I'm curious about how it's going.
From what I can recall, it was a typical mc hides something big from the rest of the characters (I can't quite recall whether it was his strength or something else). He was a prince who I think wasn't regarded very highly because of how lazy he was (although this detail is quite blurry and I'm not sure of). It's a JP novel, and I remember reading it on novelupdates. Go nuts.
Edit: I believe there was also a scene in it where a fellow royal in the family died and the mc came to visit her in her bedroom just before her death, if that narrows it down even slightly
