It feels weird because if you don't keep track, then when MC uses skills or some items from inventory, it gets confusing. Not to mention those endless skill leveling info dump, inventory item track, attributes track, job changes, nerfs, debuffs that decrease their stats, buffs, and so on. So, nope.
