Question about the Rule on Underage Sex and What's Allowed

The content guidelines state that the age of consent for stories involving sex is 18 and that "Any sexual content between characters must abide by this age of consent."

While this seems obvious enough for actual on-page sex scenes, I am not clear on whether mere mention of underage sex having happened off-page is permitted. For example, would it be allowed for a story to mention in passing (not a sex scene) that a male character, now an adult, lost his virginity at age 16 when his father hired a sex worker to "make a man of him"?

Also, is the mention, not an actual sex scene, of characters having been the victim of a sex crime permitted?

If you're just talking about the consequences and not depicting the actual thing, it's fine.
