Request: I'm looking to replace my current book covers with AI anime style ones as the original artist who made mine may have used images of of Pinterest. I plan to compile the book cover myself with text, background, etc., so I just need character images I can use. As it is a reverse harem romance, I will detail the female lead and male love interests below. If you can only do one character, I'd prefer the female lead, otherwise anything lovey dovey, but not explicit with multiple characters is a bonus. Prefer most of their upper half, if not full body, be visible so it's easier to use in a book cover

Female lead: long black hair, blue eyes, curvy but slim, confident, leader, usually wears animal skin dresses as it is a primitive world setting

Male Lead One: Short white hair, blue eyes, artic wolf shifter, slim but muscular, soft male lead, strong leadership qualities, ice magic, usually wears animal skin skirts as it is a primitive world setting

Male Lead Two: Medium black hair, green eyes, black fox shifter, slim but muscular, flirty, confident, witch doctor, usually wears animal skin skirts as it is a primitive world setting

Male Lead Three: Short blonde hair with red highlights, amber eyes, Phoenix shifter, broad shoulders, muscular, quiet, quick to anger, protective, fire magic, usually wears animal skin skirts as it is a primitive world setting

1. Have you considered using normal art or normal artist? Using Ai to not infringe on IP is like stealing with eyes closed to avoid being a thief.
2. If you really must we can think of something. Like using Ai as a base and than correct it manually.
3. But not here to not spam. I think private messages will be more appropriate for that.
4. It may take some time and lot of communication to fine tune the prompt so it will generate something that you will be happy with.

I just don't like the idea of using someone's stolen image off of Pinterest. AI laws are dubious at best, but I still feel better about it since the art work isn't using a real person's image from an IRL photoshoot. I simply can't afford to spend $50 - $500 per book cover. For 5 book covers that'd be $250 - $2,500, which is too much for an unemployed person who is posting their work for free save for advanced chapters on Patreon, which doesn't make me that much.

This forum is literally used for requests like this all of the time, so I don't see how it is spam. Last time I just gave details of what I wanted and 4+ people responded with images within the day. It was great and I took and work shopped the image to change everything to what I wanted for a book cover. Different background, text, image effects, etc. I can handle, just not the characters usually.

I have used the AI generators others have recommended to me. I've tried everything from tribal wear to animal skin to furs and tend to get nothing clothing-wise similar to want I'm looking for. It also tends to result in NSFW images, which I don't want. I've even tried copying prompts directly from similar images I like and then just editing it to state the features I want only to have completely different results with the same image. Also, I've seen some of the artists on here are capable of doing couples in the same AI photo, so it doesn't hurt to ask in case one of them comes along.

Lastly, interesting choice to show a NSFW image when I asked for SFW ones...

Because when I wrote spam I had in mind twenty or hundred messages like: "could you change the hairstyle" "can she look the other way" "previous clothes were better" etc...

I wanted to help you tailor things to your taste as I know that to generate image that would be suitable to Photoshop it to be a cover image it took me over a week last time.

I just don't want to spam in a thread as if it was a chat...

Now I'm less inclined to help as I do not know it problems with communication will be persistent or if it is a one time misunderstanding.

Last time I just gave details of what I wanted and 4+ people responded with images within the day.

I thought that you would like something tailored for you.

I don't tend to be that picky. I'd be fine with whatever hair style, directions, etc. so long as it fits my initial description. However, I'm not paying you, so you have no obligation to help me.

Yeah, I wasn't expecting them all in the same prompt. More so 1-3 people in a prompt. I even said I'd be fine if it was just the female lead, if necessary. ? I was mostly just presenting the options since last time I asked for AI art I got asked for more information about the story to work with.

In beastworld novels, a rather niche subgenre, that's sort of the norm. It's also common to have females who aren't the MC have 30 mates. I have also had complaints about having too few male leads before, believe it or not.

I started off with one for the first half of volume one and ended it with three male leads. Then added two in volume two, one in volume three, and one in volume four after eliminating an extra. Doing things progressively makes the whole process easier.

I also had four female friends who regularly showed up and other reoccurring side characters. The big thing is to figure out their role in the story, making sure there is very little to no overlap, keep notes on those who, etc. I create character webs and maintain a "wiki" on Discord to help my readers with most of my stories. My dungeon story has more named characters despite the lack of significant romance in it. ?

Some of these might be usable, thank you. I'll probably just cut out the female lead to use if I do use them. May I ask what you used to get those clothes? It's what I've been trying to get, but I usually end up with more of this:

I tried my hand at the heroine to give a sample. Eh, I gave up on creating fur clothes, my set up either makes cat girls or cat girls when any fur is involved.
