Yep. These forums are a good start. However, an even better start would be asking the readers of your novels in an announcement within the chapters.

So an editor? You can always hire one. Ofcourse it will cost you but trust me a good editor is an literal angel and help you lot with the process.

Or there was this thread where they gathered people to partner up help each other with their respective works, you review your partner story and they review your story, shit like that. But It depends on genre through.

For a better results you and your partner have to be interested in same genre.

I can partner with you with fantasy, system genre since I been searching for a buddy of my own for sometime too

There is also r/destructivereaders but it is said to be not for the faint of heart. Supposedly, their critiques can end up being just as long as your writing is.
