You find yourself in a clean, white laboratory filled with contraptions you don't quite understand the purpose of.
That was a makeshift teleporter I made with some sand and PVC pipes. It's rather primitive, so we needed close physical contact. That kiss was rather unnecessary, but I suppose it saves me the trouble of putting you back together in one piece. Hihihi.
This is my hidden laboratory! We're going to genetically modify the baby inside of you! The fun part is always gene engineering the baby to be tailor made for your arrangements. Usually, we adjust the genetic code before incubation, but since you're already pregnant, I suppose we'll have to improvise.
[We brought some of our own, more... exotic tools and supplies, if you wish take advantage of them. you wouldn't believe the realms we 'borrowed' these from.] some of the things the being manifests are strange, but you can almost recognize what they may be used for. they're similar enough to your own, that you can make reasonable assumptions about them.
the others seem to hurt when you try to recall their shape. more still have forms that wriggle in non-euclidian motions. it matters not for your work.
[we come with the chocolate man. a package deal. we come boxed together in the same chocolate sample platter. we can fade again into the background, but just know: we're always there. and here. and wherever you are.]
Ohh, I haven't tried a shoggoth yet!
*gives a container with potato salad*
*you look inside and it looks pretty good, tasty even*
*but for some reason it feels a bit heavier than it should be*
It's a never-ending container, one of my better artifacts.

[would you, perchance, be interested in accepting our invite into the recesses of your very mind? we offer power, skills, and even access to our inventory of powerful artifacts and knowledge.]
[nothing shall be taken or changed.]
[nothing you won't miss, anyways.]
[tea?]
they extend a tentacle towards you. it's hot, steaming, in a delicate white crystal cup with gold and blue trimmings. the aromatic floral fragrance wafts into your sinuses. it's nostalgic, but you don't know why. you've never had this blend of tea before.
[... we've got a +5e^37 skirt of buttstabbing. and cookies. all will be nice and pleasant for you. you just need to... let us in, take care of all of your problems. you won't have a single thing to worry about... at all...]
What's wrong? I thought you wanted the good part.
Hihihihi. Just kidding, I'm not ignorant of your desires. It's just that the Lady would never allow that kind of depravity within the confines of this play.
I've already told you, Seymour! The child is in my womb and I decide their future! What do you want to do to it?
I won't accept anything unless you explain it to me first.
Didn't you want me to help my child fulfill their destiny of greatness? Do you really believe I am willing to hold their hand the way there? No, this is as much as I will do for them. Let that minion of yours deal with the babysitting.
Your child will never reach great heights with just your blood and the blessing of that vegetable, let alone become the "Unstoppable Mary Sue" you boast about. And pray tell, how can you expect me to recognize one as my child when I have no hand in their conception?
the instruments inside the lab flicker to life, as television screens light up. Compared to the other wonders... these monitors seem quite mundane.
Don't mind those, I requisitioned them from the Journalism Club.
There are a lot of things we can do for the child... decide their sex at birth, their hair color, eye color, physical appearance, eliminate any potential defects. But we can do so much more, give them the bloodline of gods, make them a pure Eldritch, remove all the problems that come with having a succubus in your family tree.. I've even made a breakthrough in my research after observing a certain someone, and we could trick reality into thinking of them as a fae. Yes, they can be eldritch and a fairy at the same time! How's that for being a Mary Sue? Hihihihi.
We can even alter their way of thinking. Hihihi. Though I doubt you'd ever decide to go along with that.
Ah, ultimately, the choice is yours, as you say. I only thought the child could be of use some way when I play the role of the VIllainess. If you wish to do nothing, then things will proceed as if nothing had happened.

I knew you would deceive me, yet I couldn't help but fall for it.
The kiss was worth it, though.
Let me go!

I feel bad for whatever moderator has to read the entire thing without context to get that approved.
Oh, and editing the message immediately after sending also triggers the moderator approval thing. It went through the first time around
