That's the thing, the rep license would usually involve in diplomacy acts.
The only scenario that I could see from it is when establishing relations with other nations and building an embassy with said nation. For this to work, wouldn't I need permission from the guild @GM OR @ohko ?

you can start it with the dimensional rift to the world filled with infectious zombies. But still, how would such a zombie affect non-humans? For example, we have a slime-person here as well as a living plant
