Well im not sure cause i dont like skitari, so i never read how the machine spirit really worked, but i dont think its like a ghost its more like a conscience that the tech prist talk to to know how to use the machine... but i can be corrupted by chaos and in the chaos titan legion the titans literally canibalize each other so i may be wrong... i could look for it but im hangover at the moment
