People who will call a hotline instead of using apps and solving their problems themselves are from a different planet. I mean, that is good, since otherwise I wouldn't have a job, but, honestly, some of them should have really been forced to kneel before a wall for an hour for mouthing off when they were still little. It worked for me. It could have worked for them as well.

Change my mind.

nah too much brainpower. I'd rather waste 2 hours waiting on a call than actually use precious brainpower.

You ensure work opportunities for people like me, who didn't argue, when their parents made them quit law school. XD
So-so. Nothing special happened.
Good to hear. I found a kiosk where they sell nuts and dried fruit. And they had dried melon. It is surprisingly tasty. Have you ever eaten any?

Not a fan of dried fruits.
To each their own. I buy them because they were dried without sugar. They are not very sweet, but I like them. Maybe it is because I haven't eaten any sugar in its white powdery or crystal form for two months now, but I just started appreciating fruit and milk more.

Can't you evacuate?
It's safer underground. Also, hours before we expected tornados to start up, we're getting some, and Nebraska has had a huge one already. A potentially mile wide wedge tornado.

I hope you stay safe. When is the storm supposed to pass?

I'm not expected to see it until 4-6 PM depending on when storm clouds start to crop up.
You have a backpack with first aid supplies, food, water, and clothes with you, right? In Bulgaria, we don't get tornados. Sometimes we get a strong wind, some trees fall, but for the most part, we are spared such storms. Then again, we are nowhere near the ocean.

The Midwest isn't near an ocean either.

Is Kansas getting its teeth kicked in again as usual? What about western Missouri and southwestern Iowa?
