Do you have any preferences on how you would like to be cooked, ahem... on how I should cook it?

With soup, just like goddess daikon says! Although I would prefer something to do with pork rather than chicken.

For lunch, I think I'll cook half of it in a pan with other vegetables, maybe potatoes, with cubes of pork belly. I want to see if it really absorbs the fatty juice from the meat. Maybe I'll serve it with some rice. With the other half for dinner, I'll make a soup, with beef broth.

Beef broth is nice... I actually prefer beef broth for some recipes that call for pork
