Well, I do have a laptop irl... I probably wouldn't be able to survive if I didn't. It's more or less the same price for a decent(by my country's standards) PC... But yeah, if I want a good one it's basically impossible

...I'm starting to have a feeling nobody understood that I was asking IRL

But yeah, PC parts prices went insane. I had to build 2 PC last year and I was crying while paying. The thing that triggered me the most is how absurd the situation with motherboards is nowadays. Pay 600USD for a normal ATX standard, because it has a few fucking blinking lights on it. If you want anything cheaper then your only option is an mini ATX with no slots and no nothing
