To be clear, I'm (OOC) totally in support of opening any region -- but @GM as a character needs convincing!

How should I go about that? Can I just straight up ask to talk to gm IC?

Also, can I borrow the Gm character to use in my quest? I want him to sort of pick up my character and point him to the guild

For the 2nd question... Uhn... Well, more or less I guess? Usually speaking you need permission to use the characters of other people, but the GM is kind-of an NPC, so it should be fine~

Just try to not go too far from its personality~

What i can tell you is that it has 30 waves though, and it has the least interesting dialogue of all the dreams... Which is quite sad.

But instead, he needs an attack of over 100HP to be killed, and he keeps whirlwinding.

And aww... that's a shame, although... 30 Waves?! D:
I had troubles with 20! I was left with no health tonics and half of my HP Bar was gone! DDD:

Edit: And actually, it's a Gastfella, not Windbag, so that's my bad~

I think there are a few of those in the earlier waves of The Stranger's dream, but... Not sure, really, been a while since I played it.
