IS4 the original integrated strategies is probably never coming back, but the stages are reused in the new integrated Strategies from what i know

I abandoned hope that they would ever rerun that original IS... IS3 was really good. I played it a lot. It's nice to know that they're continuing half assing Arknights for Endfield Now after Eyafialla Alter they only have to release Surtr Alter and we have the perfect example of a cash grab

Alter Ego Support Group

A support group founded to help students struggling with alter egos attempting to assume partial and/or full control. Members may sign a non-disclosure agreement about details of club meetings, if they are concerned about privacy.

Club activities include group therapy sessions, tabletop gaming, hobby sharing, open forums and weekend movie nights. Consultations are open for those outside of the club who think they may have an alter ego.

The club also offers guidance and counseling for those struggling with unstable transformations, as those tend to be adjacent to alter egos.

This game is story intensive. That means talking.
READ ALL OF IT. It’ll take a bit to get interesting though~

Still, sometimes you will be talking for 20 minutes straight.

IS (Integrated Strategies) is the name of a rouglike mode in Arknights. It's a shitty tower defense game. Every year - starting from 2 years ago - they release a new version of IS. The only permanent, however, are IS2, IS3 and IS4, because for some unknown reason they refuse to rerun the original one, which was kinda a one time thing, but people liked the mode so they decided to make them permanent.

Now, Arknights has also brain damage a system where characters (operators) can get alternative version. It was supposed to be a way to make old operators usable on newer content, because they were too stupid to not introduce a massive power creep. That was the idea until they decided to release Eyiafjalla Alter (Eyiafjalla the Hvit Aska) for and operator who was already extremely good (meta)...

It's okay. I'm coming from Arknights, a game that the writers thought so highly of themselves that shoved entire book worth of garbage smort™ dialog in their later events You know nothing about lengthy dialog as long as you never experienced one of Kat'tsit monologues
Still, I hate when devs do that
